We offer a holistic approach to care where we try work with residents and their families to build a connection with the resident before they have joined us here. We support people to access the local community and engage in activities around the Home, providing them with a sense of purpose. We are in close contact with two local schools which allows the residents to engage and have open dialogue with local children. Various Local religious leaders are also apart of our little community.

We have a dementia friendly interactive environment; this encourages residents to be more active and reduces agitation creating better outcomes in their daily living. We have an easily accessible garden area which now has a brand-new decking area connected to the dedicated dining room. Also, on the ground floor we have a very large activities lounge where residents are encouraged to engage in a variety of activities throughout the day and there is also a smaller television lounge where residents can sit and relax and keep informed of the daily news or watch an old film with a drink and a biscuit.
