Our staff all complete the care certificate before starting their role at Adel Grange and complete a specialist dementia course. All care staff are expected to work towards Level 2 and 3 NVQs in Health and Social care.
Our team of experienced and well qualified Care staff are on hand 24 hours a day to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Hi, I’m Luke, the homes registered manager. I have spent all my life in and around care homes as my family established the business before I was born. Growing up, watching my father managing care homes and delivering care himself, I feel that I have a great insight into what good care is and how you can provide a holistic approach within your own care setting by catering for people from all backgrounds and walks of life. I have been a registered manager for two years and I feel that I have a passion for providing person-centred care to individuals that are living with dementia and this is why Adel Grange is now a Residential Dementia service.

My name is Tanveer; also known as Tann by my residents. I have over 20 years of experience working within the care sector, for the last ten years, I have been providing/planning care for those people who are living with dementia. After working in other care settings during my caring career, I feel Adel Grange is a home that provides a high standard of care that you can call person centred. We have a great team of staff, many of whom have been with us for a long time, which I believe contributes a great deal to our homely atmosphere. We have a dog named Paul who is a big part of the home and I feel this also helps in creating a relaxed, home atmosphere.

Hi, my name is Paul and I am a Dementia Friend! I live at Adel Grange and my job is to use my calming nature to help reduce the effects of dementia—anxiety, agitation, irritability, depression, and loneliness.
