We have a person -centred philosophy of care at Westfield Manor and put the residents at the centre of what we do. We encourage residents to take an active role in the Home seeking their opinions on changes we plan to make and also ask them to support us in interviewing new staff to make sure they fit the bill.

We are inspected and regulated by the CQC, click here to read our latest inspection summary.

A Bespoke Service

We encourage an open dialogue with families and seek to provide bespoke services for each of our residents to ensure that they and their families receive a positive as an experience as possible. We understand that caring for an individual also means supporting their family and supporting contact with them as much as possible.

Open Door Policy

Recently, due to COVID-19 we are no longer able to have our open-door policy. However, we dynamically risk assess each resident to support them as safely as possible to see their family on a regular basis. Each person and their situation is unique and deserves us to support each individual’s visitation plan.
